Hi everyone and welcome! My name is Zanieca and I’m here to help you unapologetically and honestly live your best life. I have over 8 years of direct coaching experience, obtained my Life Coaching certification, and have recently established my LLC to extend my reach beyond the DMV. Some of my top coaching categories include, but are not limited to: navigating difficult familial relationships, healing after a breakup and prioritizing self-love through self-care.

Some background about me: As the oldest child of two, raised by our single mother who abused alcohol and participated in a long-term, codependent and abusive relationship, I have seen and experienced a lot, to say the least. Given that environment as a child, I had to quickly grow up and look after my younger sister. While this background would have negatively hindered many, I managed to maintain a positive outlook on life and yielded atypical life outcomes. For example, I excelled in school, was very popular among my peers, attended a prestigious and academically rigorous 4-year university and was actively involved in my communities. My past experiences do not define me, but they provided me with a solid foundation of wisdom needed to navigate difficult relationships and prioritize myself and my overall well-being. I’d like to help you do the same.
